So many people these days are convinced that they have to work out in a gym with equipment to get a great workout and results, which is not the case. Some of the best workouts can be done with only your bodyweight. Our group fitness classes are taking places in the great outdoors at 2 parks in Sydney – Sydney Park, Erskineville and Strathfield Park, Strathfield and at a school hall at Enfield Public school.
 
Group fitness Workouts are Motivating
Motivation plays a big part in whether or not you get results from your workouts. Our group fitness classes tend to provide motivation to people that are in these workout classes. These classes usually have anywhere from 4 or more people and are usually the same people participating each week.  We also have a facebook page to post things about what is happening at Burn it off Fitness to keep you motivated, and to make new friends and share experiences.
 
Group exercise Classes are Cheaper
Our Group exercise classes are a cheaper alternative to a personal training session and you can expect similar results. They both have motivation and instruction but you will get a longer workout for less money. Our monthly membership is roughly equivalent to around 4 PT sessions. We will also include group discounts if you join with friends or refer people to us that sign up.
 
More Results in Less Time
Another reason why our group exercises classes are becoming more popular is that people don’t have a lot of time to spend doing activities. With busy lifestyles and long work working hours it’s hard to find time to stay in shape. All our classes provide a total body workout which gets your body hyped up and moving to burn more calories in less time.
Our classes are always different
The reason most people quit working out is that there isn’t enough variety in their workouts. They get results for the first month but keep doing the same exercises not realizing that they need to change up their workouts to keep seeing great fitness results.
Our classes provide a variety of exercises. There are so many different exercises and workout combinations that we have designed to leave you coming back for more and maintain your results. Our sessions are planned out to allow you to burn over 550 calories per session. We also have a music system that we bring to most of your session to keep you dancing away!
 
Our group fitness workouts are one of the best options if you are looking to improve your overall fitness and strengthen your body. They will provide you with a variety of full body exercises that will get you results in less time and keep you from getting bored.
